    Understanding what causes Cellulite

Can You actually eliminate Cellulite? Every woman dreads the very idea of
cellulite. You may or may not have cellulite yet, but chances are that you most likely are going
to get it, or keep getting more of it. Fortunetly you may be able to reverse the process of cellulite.

Before you can eliminate cellulite you must understand what it is.

Cellulite is that dimpled, lumpy irregular looking area that is on the theighs, hips or buttocks of million of women and a small percentage of men.
Cellulite can occur during any time from puberty through to
old age, and majority of us are already familiar with. Because cellulite is composed
of fat it's the opinion of many women that eliminating that fat is the only
way to make it go away. You may be surprised to find that slimming down
isn't necessarily going to help you get rid of cellulite.

    This is what experts agree
there are two opposing effects that bring about the final appearance
    of cellulite:
    1) weakened connective tissue pulling down
    2) excess fat and fluids pushing up.

However, the experts most often disagree on the root cause of this
    Stipulation.

The 1st theory says that the cause of cellulite is the consequence of
an estrogen imbalance. Estrogen acts out a number of different roles, it's main function is the hormone that is responsible for which softening the fibrous tissues of the
womb prior to birth. Estrogen has a similar effect on the connective tissue that
attaches the skin to the muscle. This tissue forms compartments that store
fat under the skin. Weakened connective tissue due to excess estrogen
production drags down the skin and drives the stored fat to push up,
which then results in the irregular appearing of cellulite.

    Although it may be perfectly
normal for women to possess an excess quantity of estrogen, but once this is
complicated by bad circulation the consequence is the appearance of
    cellulite.
